1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order by calling us at 540-825-5583, emailing us at fredriksdesign@gmail.com, or by visiting us in Brandy Station, VA.

2. How do I request a quote?
You can fill out our quote request form to get a quote. We do not charge for providing quotes, the estimates will be sent to you by email within 2 (two) business days.

3. How much do you charge for artwork?
With most orders the first hour of artwork is free. We charge an hourly rate which covers more creative artwork that requires more time.

4. What is your turn-around time?
We provide a 10 (ten) day turn-around time once the artwork has been approved. We also provide a rush service fee to speed up the process if necessary.

5. Do you have any examples of your work?
Yes, we have examples of our work available upon request.

6. What artwork formats do you accept?
We can read all of the following formats: jpeg, tif, gif, pcx, jpg, cdr, cpt, ai (CS4 and older), eps, pdf, wmf, pct or pict, bmp. These are the most common formats. For ai and eps files please remember to modify the text to curves. Read more about our artwork policies & company policies.

7. What type of garment decoration do you provide?
Our top selling decoration methods are screenprinting and embroidery, but with Fredrik’s Design’s new direct to garment printing (DTG Printing) we can print many more colors on fewer garments without the hefty price. We also provide press-on and screenprinted names and number personalization.

8. How do you ensure quality?
We make sure the artwork is fully approved by you and checked for spelling and placement. Next we rely on the finest tools and years of experience to guarantee the best quality production. We constantly check throughout the decoration process for misprints and errors. Any misprints that mysteriously slip by our careful eye will quickly be replaced or you will be compensated for the mistake.
